|Recommended: YesVery Nice Place To Live With Some Issues — We have loved living here so far Its very clean inside and everyone we have met has been for the most part super helpful. However, we have asked for maintenance work in our apartment a few different times now, even asking for things to be fixed before we moved in and those issues are still not resolved. Also, due to the weather outside our balcony and stairs to our apartment are an extreme hazard and are very slippery which has caused some of our guest to fall. We think putting some sort of sign or deep cleaning would help this problem.
|Recommended: NoDisgusting Company — Very nasty management company. They are taking advantage of their residents and have just created this new resident portal to tack on additional fees on top of their outrageous prices for one bedroom apartments. They now charge a 75 dollar convenience fee for using a credit card, they’ve never paid any utilities and made the tenant responsible for all utilities. The community always looks like trash, pool has been closed majority of summer, stairs are wobbly and dangerous. Wood beams on shared balconies are rotting. The apartments are clearly priced above market rate, and these clowns have the audacity to send mass emails wanting to positively participate in their community. Perhaps you guys should stop robbing your tenants and maintain the property as per the lease agreement. I literally want to barf when I see an email from any of them. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
